Postage and Delivery Services
We know that nobody likes high prices for postage and for a number of years, we have subsidised your postage. However, due to the present climate, we are trying to keep our material costs of vape goods down and we can no longer afford to subsidise postal costs. We have therefore intigrated Royal Mail Postage directly into our website. Royal Mail postage is calculated on both weight and dimentions. To keep your costs down, we have now also introduced 2nd Class Postage as an option.
Postal Services Used
1st Class Signed Royal Mail – Aim to deliver within 1-2 Days (Can take several days more!)
2nd Class Signed Royal Mail – Aim to deliver within 3-5 Days (Can take several days more!)
Our Order Deadline
We will ship all orders on the same day if the order reaches us by 2pm Monday to Friday. Royal Mail collect the postage from our premises Monday to Friday so we are unable to ship during Weekends or on National Bank Holidays. All orders received during these periods will be shipped the following working day. Royal Mail give the above postage times as a guide.
As all of our orders are sent Signed For, Royal Mail will update your order with us with a tracking number. This update will be sent to the email address you provided us with when ordering. Please note, Royal Mail do not update tracking under the “Signed For” service until the parcel has been delivered. As Royal Mail scan the barcode on delivery, the scanning information gives the exact gps location that the parcel was signed for.
Our International Postage Services
The ability to order on our website from outside the United Kingdom has now been withdrawn from the website.
As of 1st January 2022, new rules and taffifs were applied when exporting goods from the UK to the EU and Norway. After 10 years of building our customer base overseas, it is with great regret that we have made the decision to no longer export our goods overseas. The new advanced customs submissions and advance charges and payment of VAT, no longer make this viable for us. This decision has not been taken lightly. After all, our Norway customer base was bigger than the UK. We would like to thank all our overseas customers for their dedicated loyalty over the years.
